Before B2B there was IAS. IAS was formed in 1973 before B2B was identified as a sector distinct from B2C.
The IAS acronym stands for Industrial Art Services, one of the first expressions of Business-to-Business marketing ever made. It’s attributable to our founder Tim Hazelhurst (winner of the first B2B Marketing lifetime achievement award) who saw that business brands were different and needed specialist marketing support. IAS is a piece of history we’re proud to own.
